Pt is a 83y/o female, wt 145, on hospice and is a DNR. Pt's dx is a CVA with HTN. She is on CBR and only cl liq diet. Has NKDA. LMP was 1 month ago. LOCtimes 1 to person. O2 will be@ 3L/NC Possible UTI. Will obtain UA stat. __
