A Presidential veto can be overridden by Congress with a 2/3 vote to override A warrant Asking nicely A 3/4 vote to override A Supreme Court Order A Unanimous Vote

Congress can override a Presidential veto if both the House of Representatives and the Senate pass the bill again with a two-thirds majority in each chamber. This is outlined in the U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 7.
