. I would agree with the philosopher John Locke the most because I believe that government exists to protect natural rights, such as life, liberty, and property. Locke's philosophy emphasizes the importance of individual rights and the idea that the government's role is to ensure these rights are protected. This aligns with my belief in the importance of individual rights and the idea that the government should serve the people.

B. I disagree with Thomas Hobbes' view that government exists because we are evil. While I acknowledge that there may be some individuals who are inherently selfish or violent, I do not believe that this justifies the existence of a powerful central government. Instead, I believe that the government should be limited in its power and focus on protecting individual rights.

C. I also disagree with Jean-Jacques Rousseau's idea that the government should reflect the popular sovereignty of the people. While I believe that the government should serve the people, I do not think that it should simply do whatever the majority wants. Instead, I believe that the government should be guided by principles of justice and the protection of individual rights, rather than simply catering to the whims of the majority.
