22. The writ of habeas corpus may be suspended in cases of rebellion or invasion where public safety may require it.<br /><br />24. Someone must be at least 35 years old to be elected President.<br /><br />25. The number of electors each state gets is determined by the total number of Senators and Representatives that state has in Congress.<br /><br />26. The requirements for President and VP are: natural-born citizenship, at least 35 years old, and a resident of the U.S. for at least 14 years.<br /><br />27. The oath the President must say upon entering the position is: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."<br /><br />28.
