14. Electronegativity is based off how efficient an element is at attracting the electrons of another of it as a tug of war and the more electronegative element is pulling stronger than the less electronegative element. Why do you think the noble gases all do not have an electronegativity value?

The noble gases, which include helium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon, and radon, are all characterized by having a full valence electron shell. This means that their outermost electron shell is completely filled with electrons, making them stable and unreactive. Because they do not readily form compounds with other elements, they do not have a tendency to attract electrons from other atoms, and therefore, they do not have an electronegativity value.
