Consider Katy 150 a large district near Houston, Texas, As reported in Schools Plug Into EYOO Mobile Devices Transform Learning at Katy ISD; in 2008 the Katy ISD Technology Department was faced with an impossible task to provide updated technology to its 63,000 students across its S6 campuses in the middle of an economic downturn that had affected a large portion of their educational budget.
